Best food in Chicago. We are there twice. Very efficient and the food was hot and fresh.

Here’s a polished, balanced review: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) We stopped by Flo & Santos on the Fourth of July to grab a meal. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, but overall the food and service were fairly average—nothing particularly memorable. I ordered the spinach pizza. It wasn’t very flavorful and could have used a bit more seasoning or spice, but I did appreciate that it wasn’t overly greasy, which made it feel like a lighter, less guilty way to enjoy pizza. We also tried one of their grilled sandwiches with fries. The sandwich was decent, and the fries were surprisingly good. I especially liked that neither the bread nor the fries were loaded with butter or oil like they often are at many other restaurants. It was refreshing to have a meal that didn’t feel overly heavy. Overall, Flo & Santos is a decent option if you’re looking for a lighter, less greasy meal, but don’t expect anything exceptional in terms of flavor or service.

Nice spot. So so packed though, our wait was insane but was able to find seating at the bar. Service was ok, but they only had one bartender so hardly his fault. Seemed underprepared for a very busy weekend late lunch/early dinner crowd. Pizza was VERY good!

Flo & Santos is a great pizzeria and gastropub located at 13th and Wabash. The space offers plenty of seating and a really enjoyable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with pizza and classic bar eats. Their thin crust pizza stands out as one of the best around, and the cheese fries are a solid bonus. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. It’s easy to see why this place gets busy in the evenings. With great food, a welcoming vibe, and reliable service, it’s definitely a spot worth checking out.

I'm in the South Loop Chicago area for a convention. So I had to find a local bar / eatery with a Chicago feel. This place was amazing and I hope to go back. I had the Polish sampler plate and perhaps a little too much beer. I should have caught my bartender's name but he was excellent and attentive and that's how my beer kept getting refilled. Looks like they have amazing thin crust pizza and a wide selection of other things. I could tell that a lot of the folks there were local regulars. Just the sort of place I was looking for.
